<image:title>All Services - 1:1 Pregnancy Coaching for Scoliosis & Spinal Fusion</image:title>
<image:caption>Why you should work with a pregnancy coach There are a lot of unknowns surrounding pregnancy and childbirth, particularly when you have a spinal condition. Fear based marketing & unhelpful social media forums with lack of skilled professional advice can lead to more anxiety and insecurity about the pregnancy & birth process. Knowing your specific considerations for late stage pregnancy, delivery & postpartum improves your confidence & ability to feel calmer going into labor & delivery. Coaching can help you prepare for the expected and even the unexpected, improving your chances of the outcome you’re wanting. One on one support with a coach provides you with actionable, tactical steps to tackle any roadblocks that come up along the way. A coach can assist you with programming or provide exercises to modify your fitness routine or manage any pain which could happen during pregnancy. Monthly coaching costs $197 a month and will roll over on a monthly basis until you no longer need support. For best effect I recommend most women participate in coaching no fewer than 4 months to allow the time to get a solid labor & delivery plan in place. Many women choose to remain in coaching until after their 6-week postpartum check in order to get more personalized insight into their return to sport, fitness or other activities after baby is here. Feel free to browse the full coaching information page for any clarification on what to expect.</image:caption>
